Charming romantic/family cottage This Charming Hillside Cottage is nestled on a hillside, up a rustic 1/4 mile drive from a quiet neighborhood, that winds through an oak grove leading to our little paradise. We are surrounded by oaks and kentia palms, with spectacular mountain and city views. This guest cottage is private, and detached from our family home. We are 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. The cozy bedroom has french windows that look out into a garden area, a very comfortable king bed, walk in closet, Ethan Allen desk, and a soft comfy chair. The spacious sitting room converts to sleep up to 6, with a full sized loft bed with a beautiful mountain view and a full, very comfy futon/sofa. Outside, in the back, there is a redwood deck that overlooks the hillside, and has a lovely eating area, a gas bbq, and a private hot tub. There are dishes, bowls, and all utensils to be used with the outdoor barbecue. There''s also a full size fridge in the garage, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are 2 new flat screen TVs, 2 blue ray players, and high speed Wifi. We have streaming netflix, pandora and more in each room, and a library of DVDs, perfect for watching while relaxing after a day of hiking and then soaking in the hot tub. We''re also pet friendly if your pet is housebroken and well behaved.
