You are warmly invited to our downstairs apartment and we will gladly share the many beauties of Santa Barbara with you. We're located one block off State Street - the main drag through town and 10 blocks from downtown. You will be staying in a charming and walker friendly neighborhood between downtown and uptown and near Cottage Hospital. We're one block off State Street and have great highway access to get anywhere in Santa Barbara quickly. You are a short 5-7 minute walk from local favorites like the Daily Grind Coffee, McConnell's Ice Cream, the Cajun Kitchen, TAP Thai, Santa Barbara Chicken Ranch and our favorite sushi restaurant - Edomasa. The Santa Barbara Mission is only a 7-minute short stroll away. Downtown Santa Barbara is within a 5-10 minute bike ride and East beach and Stearns wharf is a downhill 15 minute ride. You can find many ways to enjoy the many wonderful activities such as sightseeing, dining and wine tasting. Our goal is to ensure our guests will have a memorable experience during their visit in Santa Barbara. The apartment has a private entrance and is newly decorated, clean and pleasantly furnished. The basement apartment does have a low ceiling with a 6'2" (188 cm) beam across the main room. In your apartment, you will find everything you need to stay comfortably.
