(B) Sunny Downtown studio apt WALK everywhere SB!! Requires a 2 night stay for any stay that includes a Fri or Sat night* This is a small but complete downtown apt with a kitchen ( stove and refrigerator, not just a microwave ) and a bath with a tub/shower. This is an upstairs apt over small stores down stairs, in an older xxxx''s building. This little apartment is great for vacation or business. It can also be a good way to enter Santa Barbara and search for a rental. We have a weekly rate and monthly as well. The apt is upstairs and wont support pets ( so sorry). But it is absolutely right downtown and excellent for walking. It is walking distance from the Amtrak ( about 8-9 blocks ) and just 2 blocks from the main local bus terminal, which will get you anywhere throughout the area and back. Tons of bars, clubs, movie screens, Starbucks, restaurants, banks and shops within a 4-5 block walk from the door. 1 block from Nordstroms at Paseo Nuevo Mall and 1 block from Ralph''s supercenter. State street with all of its shopping and nighttime entertainment starts just 2 blocks away; the ''fun'' corridor is from the 500 to 900 blocks of State and the apartment is exactly 2 blocks from the 900 block corner at State and Canon Perdido. The entire apt is in about 11 x 20 foot area. The main room is about 11 x 12 and then there is a 6 x 6 bath, a 4 x 8 kitchen area plus a small hall. This apartment has a huge picture window facing south, and gets wonderful sunlight in the morning. For sleeping in we added a canopy bed, so you can cocoon in if needed! NOTE: This apartment is a queen bed with a fully enclosed canopy, a kitchen and a good bath. And that''s about it! There is no room/area for a third guest or rollout bed, etc. Expect small please. Rate includes basic TV and wifi signal. Furniture includes bed, linens, TV, desk and more, kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Distances: Amtrak 8 blocks, or about 1 mile.
