They are looking to identify a CFO to lead and direct the accounting and finance activities. This position can be located in Bakersfield, CA OR at the office in Santa Barbara, CA RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER/CFO: Advise with Strategic & operational business planning Compile all financial modeling and risk management Maintain cost controls and budget Cash flow forecasting & management Analyze, consolidate, and direct all accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations. Planning of real estate investment fund management and planning Handle debt and equity structuring Loan restructuring BS Degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ Real Estate development and/or investment experience required High bonus potential is offered for this position
