Administrative Assistant
Administrative tasks i.e. phone coverage, work order packaging and meeting minutes. Answering phones and taking messages, assist planning department, packaging work orders, schedule meetings and take meeting notes, ordering lunches, creating spreadsheets, typing correspondence. The office is fun and fast paced. It has a lot of learning opportunities and training is provided. Must have excellent communication skills, must be highly motivated and willing to work well with others. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
