1br, Dog Friendly Home Wanted in Santa Barbara, California For Sale

Dear Everyone,
Hi! My awesome parents, Steve and Sunny, and I (River the Dog), are moving down the mountain from Red Rock area to live closer to town and the ocean. My Mom is a massage therapist (www.sunnysouls.com) and my Dad does freelance techie computer stuff when he's not writing screenplays. We've lived in this big cabin on Paradise Road for 3 years and our landlord thinks we're great. Our neighbors love us and are sad to see us go . . . but the ocean beckons!
Anyway, Mom & Dad don't know I'm writing to you because it's a secret. My dad's birthday is in November and I want to surprise him with a new house!! I snuck into their bedroom and stole their "New Home" wish list. (If they knew I could read I wouldn't have as much fun, so don't tell them.)
Guess what??? They asked for a yard for me, and only one bedroom so I can sleep with them!
So if you have a house for us, can I bring them over to have a look soon? I'll have to think of a good cover story, but that shouldn't be hard -- they are very trusting humans and pretty much do whatever I ask. Here are some pics to help you decide to meet us!
